You are somewhere between what you were doing and what comes next, and you have not said much about it out loud. Maybe the work stopped fitting. Maybe nothing is wrong and something still needs to change. I built this room for that stretch, because it is a lonely one to walk through by yourself, and it does not have to be.

The days go fine and something underneath has gone flat. You keep circling the same thought without moving.

Nothing has happened yet. You can feel it coming and you want to meet it awake rather than by surprise.
Expect a room of designers, creatives, and people in tech. That is the world I came from and the people I coach most. If that is not your world, you are still welcome at the table: the questions we sit with are human ones, not about craft. If design is your world, I also work with people one on one.

This is not a networking event and it is not a workshop. I host it the way I coach: I ask better questions than the ones you have been asking yourself, and then I get out of the way.

Morning coffee, a simple lunch, or an early dinner. It changes session to session, and it always runs about two hours in San Francisco.
Tickets will be low cost, five dollars or less. It is not about the money. It is there so the people who say yes actually show up, and nobody does their best thinking at a table of empty chairs.
